Responsibilities

  • Plan and establish policies for sales and marketing management.
  • Plan, manage, and develop personnel within the department.
  • Determine and manage the department's costs and budget.
  • Align with company policies to meet sales targets for products and services, and forecast sales.
  • Analyze marketing data.
  • Plan, creatively develop, and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Strategize and implement customer retention plan.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales and marketing report.

Qualifications

  • Open to all genders, aged 35-40 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience in the Industrial, Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Machinery or Manufacturing Industries will be and advantage.
  • Good understanding of online platforms and digital tools.
  • Proven experience in team management and sales strategy development.
  • Good command of spoken and written English will be an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and able to drive.
