Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engineering systems in accordance with customer requirements and engineering standards.
  • Prepare preliminary designs, quantity take-offs, and design proposals.
  • Conduct site surveys and attend customer meetings to gather technical requirements for design and cost estimation.
  • Prepare cost-effective technical proposals and quotations.
  • Develop preliminary Concept Designs, Design Criteria, BOQ, and Cost Estimation.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, and suppliers to select suitable equipment and estimate project costs.
  • Maintain and update design and quotation records for ongoing opportunities.
  • Analyze design and cost estimation issues to improve project efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and report design and estimation status to management.

Qualifications

  • Open to all genders, aged 25-40 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Design Engineering.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (experience with Revit, SolidWorks, or other design software is an advantage).
  • Experience in preparing BOQ and cost estimation is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willing to travel for site surveys.
  • Able to work overtime when required.
