Responsibilities

Oversee and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and client teams.
Monitor project progress, handle risk management, and resolve any issues that arise.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
