Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Apply technical knowledge and experience in Chiller or Energy Systems to deliver professional services and meet customer requirements.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Plan and allocate maintenance team resources, provide technical guidance, assess risks, and implement preventive measures.
  • Analyze maintenance requirements and prepare service quotations for customers.
  • Manage project budgets in accordance with company standards.
  • Prepare and maintain service reports, including maintenance schedules, repair records, and service history.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Male, aged 25–30years.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher inMechanical Engineering.
  • At least 1–3years of experience as a Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, Chiller, Pump,Cooling Tower, Utility Systems, or Chilled Water/Cooling Water Systems will bean advantage.
  • Able to troubleshoot mechanical systems and perform on-site inspections.
  • Willing to travel to upcountry/provincial sites as required.
  • Valid driver's license and able to drive.
